Why does my online store keep getting deactivated automatically?

Why does my shopify store suddenly get inactive/deleted automatically? And it did four times (All four are the same store). When I made the fourth, I paid my billing cycle for $1, but the next day Shopify refund the money, and the store instantly get inactive anymore and my account suddenly doesn’t have access to the store. It’s kinda frustating me cause I did a lot of work to made the store and it did for times. Also I bought a domain for the store. So What’s the solution for this?

Have you checked your inbox to see if you ever received any communications from our internal team about the closure of your stores? As our team would typically send out an email to the Account Owner’s email address on file, notifying them of the account closure and any further information that they wish to share with the Account Owner.

If after checking your inbox, as well as spam and junk folders, you’re unable to locate an email from our team, then I encourage you to contact our internal support team so that we can investigate your account from our end in more detail to figure out your next best steps with the situation.
