Why does my online store sales channel keep turning off?

My product card always has two sales channels - an online store and Facebook. The online store periodically turns off, although I did not change anything. What could be the problem?

This is a very interesting issue. I do believe that an application or someone could be enabling/disabling your online store. wondering if you ever resolved this issue and if so, how? This is also happening to me. Products that have been on my store for months suddenly have the online sales channel turned off.
