I am sorry to hear about the trouble with logging in successfully to your online store! I would suggest checking your admin email to see if Shopify has reached out to you about this, check your spam/junk folder to see if it has landed there.
In order for us to look into the specifics, we will need to authenticate you for the store in question. Since I cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, it would be best and more secure to attempt to login to your store using our Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login or select the option to Continue without logging in, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. This will allow you to speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

Were you able to get yours back up and running? I tried reaching out to support, but haven’t heard back yet. I’m having the same issue, mine was shutdown right after I purchased the $1 plan.
