Was it placed via Shop App or paid via Shop?

We have similar thingy when orders are placed via Shop App - customer sees this order number as a random letter and number combination, whereas on our admin panel we see it as normal + there will be a note with that customer-facing order number (random letters+numbers). Could be something similar. …

Nothing to worry about if you do have placed an order recently. Start worrying if you do not get that “text” they mention with the order details :slightly_smiling_face:
