On each occasion that I reach my shipping threshold while I’m processing order labels, the system derails until it captures its pound of shipping flesh by dinging my payment account. The interruption seizes up the label processing function until the system resets and allows the function to resume. I do not have this kind of time when trying to process orders and frankly am appalled at a user business operation that would function this way. I am ready to switch to a more sophisticated business platform that doesn’t seize up every time it identifies a systemically induced, minimal level safety latch that interrupts business activity. The charge appeared on my credit card ten minutes ago and I’m still waiting for shopify operations to resume: this “something went wrong…” error message is ■■■■■■■■■ it’s happened twice before so it’s a built in response.
