I’ve only just launched my website and have taken two orders, one yesterday and one today. If I click on the stats bar above the orders and set it to “Today” it correctly shows the total number of orders as one. However if I set it to 7 days or 30 days it still shows the total number of orders as one when it should say 2. Both orders are fulfilled and paid for, so I dont know why Shopify shows the incorrect total in the stats bar. Any ideas?
It’s probably showing “last 7 days”, not including today.
If you want to include Today try selecting a custom date range, and include Today.
