Why does my payment gateway app display a technical error message after order completion?

I have the following issue with the following scopes already set up:

write_products,write_customers,write_draft_orders,write_payment_gateways,write_payment_sessions,write_shipping.

  • When I finish the order, it shows me this window, it loads for a moment, but then it returns saying that there is a technical error

Error message: “Your payment cannot be processed for technical reasons. Try again or with a different payment term”

How can I know more information about the error, or how can I see error logs?
