Been having the issue lately with the Shopify POS forgetting skus that are in inventory. When I scan one of the barcodes, the POS doesn’t recognize the barcode. If I log out and log back in, the POS “remembers” the sku it didn’t recognize just a minute ago. It appears to be happening daily. Normally we do not log out of the POS every day so this is getting frustrating. Contacted support and they told me to update the iPad OS and update the POS to the latest version to fix the problem. Problem still persists after all the updates. Nothing has changed.
Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions for a fix?
