They wanted me to go and collect a bunch of diagnostic information from my ipad, and manually type it in to my trouble report. I submitted a problem report directly from Shopify POS, but I never heard back about that, and apparently that wasn’t good enough to link it to my issue report.
I still saw it again the other day.
