Hi! I use Printful and Printful only for my store.. So everything is dropped shipped to the customer. I offer free shipping on all US orders over $50 and put in anything under $50 is a flat $5 shipping rate. I change it under the Printful shipping profile for each category of items but every time I change it it automatically changes back to Printful’s shipping rates which are higher than I want to charge my customer. Why does this keep changing itself? I feel I am losing customers because of the higher shipping rates and want it to permantly stay at $5 flat rate under $50. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I see this is old question, but since I was struggling whole day today with this issue and deemed fair to share here as well.
So if you change rates and zones in the Printful app in shipping, eventually Printful will remove them with their next sync.
in order to do your own shipping independently from the Printful shipping rates or to have free shipping you need to create CUSTOM PROFILE add your zones, set up your rates accordingly and MOST IMPORTANTLY add ALL PRINTFUL PRODUCTS.
Currently when you click Manage Products you see a checkbox saying Select DISPLAYED products, which mislead me as I thought all products were selected. However, with this it seems that there were products at the very end of the scroll NOT ticked and this caused the issue of not showing your proper shipping at checkout. So make sure you go through the whole list and select ALL PRODUCTS. Hope this will help some other people struggling with it in the future.
