Hi I just set up private collections so i can select the access rights for our different customers.
I followed the steps from Sunbowl Systems and everything worked - https://www.sunbowlsystems.com/blogs/how-to/how-to-create-a-private-collection-for-tagged-customers.
I tried to test it and even though I tagged myself and the products to access the collection, it still revert back to the no-access page.
Why is this the case?
