When I add an item to the cart it disappears when I select go to cart on the side bar. If I go to the cart logo in the top right it doesn’t and woks correctly.
can anyone please assist ether fixing this or by turning off the side bar cart option that doesn’t work.

Did you add these product customization with code?
There is your code issue. Your product didn’t add to cart using ajax.
I am Using the “advance product options” app by Mageworx. I unfortunately didn’t add any code.
Any ideas how I can fix the Ajax? If I am honest I don’t even know what Ajax is @Dbuglabpvtltd

It is working now at my end
