Ich bewerbe das Produkt über Facebook aber die ganzen Besucher weisen eine Sitzungsdauer von 00:00:00 auf und daher auch eine Absprungrate von 100%. Kann mir jemand sagen woran das liegt?

I’d be happy to! I translated your question from German to English, and from what I’ve understood, you have a single product page in your shop that is getting a 100% bounce rate.
Looking at the link, I don’t see anything that would divert people away from the page. However, you’ve mentioned that you are promoting the product on Facebook: are all your visitors coming from Facebook adverts? If so, the issue may lie with the ad itself. Have you been able to test the advert out for yourself?
