Why does my product image quality drop on the product page?

Hi. The picture of my product on the homepage is very sharp and looks great, but when I go to the product page the quality deteriorates a lot and a gray background appears.

I’m using the trial version of the Zest theme. Unfortunately I can’t post it.

Below is an example of what it looks like, but I’m not sure if it will be visible here.

Is it possible to do something with the photo on the product page to make it as sharp and clear as on the home page?
