The product page on my website works great on tablet and desktop but on mobile regardless of device, browser, os version it doesn’t work. It will have the product page open for 5-10 seconds then display an error. I have tried updating the theme and reuploading the theme and I still have the error any help would be greatly appreciated. Could you try to remove video section from your product and try to check again?
Thanks for the suggestion. I Tried removing the video it still has the same error.
Hi, you can try to remove or disable other sections for testing if one of them cause the issue, or you can try to contact theme developer so they can check and solve it for you.
I will contact them. Is there a way to disable sections without removing them so that way I don’t have to recreate all the sections.
I disabled everything on the product page and still got the error.
So the issue is caused by an app or your theme.
is there a way to disable apps other than uninstalling them?
