We could really use your help fixing our website. We have recently started using variant wizard to add variants to each product, as they are all different sizes. If you go to our product page the default item will show ‘out of stock’, if you press another variant and go back to the first it will change to in stock. This is affecting our sales and customer usage, which as a small business we cannot afford.
Has anyone got any advice as to how we can fix this? It may not be variant wizard but this is our most recent change. Any help would be appreciated.
This would be caused by a potential compatibility issue between the theme you are using and the third-party app (Variant wizard) you have installed. Your best option would be to reach out to the app developers to get direct support on either fixing/properly installing the app to your store in order to prevent the variant stock levels from changing. Otherwise, you can uninstall the app from your store and try a different app that fits your needs. Are you using the app called Variant Image Wizard?
