In the meantime, I would consider removing the currency conversion app and the code that you copied/pasted. That way you can determine if the issue is caused by that third-party app.

As I said these are only a few the rest of them are in the wall art catalog,
I will be very happy and appreciate your help.

The good news is I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my own device. I went to 4-5 different wall art products and select different variant options (sizes, colors, etc.), and at no point did any of the dropdowns disappear. Is the issue still showing on your end? Any screenshots would be helpful!
In the meantime, try viewing the page on a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) than the one you are using, and be sure to clear your browser’s cookies + cache files.

Thank you for your help, a friend of mine helped me out with this issue.
It turned out that the issue was caused in the general settings, in the
currency settings.
