Our shop https://miltonandgoose.com/collections/shop has a product with a price range variant (“Crescent Chair - Pair” between $399.00 and $429.00). The issue is the Collection page (on Desktop experience with any browser) will inconsistently load the price range. Most times it will only show the low $399.00. It takes several refreshes for the correct range to show with the low and high value. This is not a caching issue as the price range has been in place for quite some time, not just today. A fresh browser instance will show these results.
We are using a purchased theme called “Gavin Theme 1.0” and I have scanned the template files and found the appropriate Collection .liquid file that will allow me to update the product listing on the Collection page, but the item will still inconsistently load the attempted custom value. I would suspect that means there is some other piece of code (?) that is taking precedence before the price range value can be displayed, causing inconsistent results due to placement of said code/plugin. I contacted main support and they suggested I get in touch with the developer, which I can do but I was hoping to get some other input here as well.
Are there any tips on what I can do to get this price range to show 100% of the time? Also for what it’s worth, on mobile, the price range will only show $399.00 - $399.00, but it is consistent in that display. Perhaps it will be resolved if I can fix this inconsistency with the Desktop version.
