Why does my second store attempt show as inactive again?

I am very frustrated with Shopify. I have tried twice now to open a store and paid for someone to design it and it says the shop is closed, and no one is telling me why. I am frustrated and upset with you guys because I have wasted money on designing, videos, and wasted my time with research just for you to close not only one but both my stores for no reason and not telling me anything so that i can stop it from happening. is there anyway to please get my store back online?

What were you selling? Did you purchase the theme from the official Shopify store?

Pet products! And I believe it was part of shopifys theme

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you are facing with launching your store and the stress that it has caused! In order for us to take a closer look into the store in question, since we cannot authenticate you over our Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. You will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. If you are unable to successfully login, you can select the option to Continue without logging in.

Whether you are able to login or you selected the continue without logging in option, you will be directed to our Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results.
