I’m new to Shopify,
I go to my admin page, enter username, no problem, next page loads and asks for password, no problem, admin page loads then after about 3 seconds goes blank.
I’m using chrome browser on mac
tried incognito mode same problem
tried using safari same problem
Can anyone help

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you encountered and the steps you’ve taken to check this already.
Would you be able to share a screenshot here of what exactly you see when loading into your admin or if there’s any other info available or if the screen is completely blank as you mentioned?
You also mentioned you had checked this on a couple of browsers and using incognito mode, if you can also try accessing this using a different device or internet connection this might help us to narrow down the root cause of this behaviour.
We may need to have you get in touch via our Help Centre here for account support, but I’d like to check this out as much as possible with you here first to see what we can see.
Hi, I have the same problem, I am using windows 11 and google chrome, I have tried everything you mentioned, additionally cleared the cache and cookies etc. as well, I can not connect with my iPhone but not with my laptop anymore. Could you please help? is there anything to do with the chrome settings?
