Hi
I have been informed by a few customers that when on my website they can see the products but when they go to select details they item goes black and they can’t go any further??
I have tried this on a few mobile devices and some work fine others do go blank so you can’t add or see the items ?
can anyone help resolve this
I did think it’s older devices maybe but I think most of my customers would have older phones
it works fine on a laptop ?

Others do not know or see what you see and cannot help you if do not provide specifics so they have the same context you do.
When dealing with technical issues provide reproduction steps and ALWAYS provide public urls directly to the problem.

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

When navigating to your website on a desktop device using a Google Chrome browser, I was able to select the product options and proceed to the cart section without any issues. I also replicated the same steps on an iOS 16 device using Safari browser.
To gather a bit more context, could you share information on the following:
- What device(s) have you tried?
- What browser are you using?
- Are you able to replicate the error in an incognito window?
Lastly, I noticed you haven’t had a chance yet to add a favicon image to your store. A favicon is a tiny image that appears next to your store’s name in the web browser bar. Uploading a favicon image can help customers more easily recognize your brand. We’ve included steps in our help center resource to assist you with uploading it.
