When you say you followed the instructions, can I just confirm that you followed the correct instructions for your type of theme? Adding code is required for vintage sectioned themes but not for Online Stores 2.0:
so could you please tell me which theme it is that you’re using, and where you’re placing the code?
I had a quick look at your store by the way, and it’s looking fantastic. It’s amazing that you have a recycling program - that’s something that you’ll want to promote as a central part of your brand.
What is your marketing strategy going to be for your store? Have you given any thought to adding a blog to your store? Or perhaps video content to show off dogs using your products?
