All of a sudden my site keeps refreshing endlessly and I didn’t add any new app or made any changes.

Its strange! I don’t think its problem with Shopify, just checked few stores and there isn’t in those.
I suspect that, its happening due to js code, so you need to try commenting one by one
first of all try to comment locksmith app code

I don’t know what the problem was but I commented locksmith and activated it again and it works now.
