Why does my store link say 'site can't be reached'?

It’s difficult for me to know what is going on without having access to your Shopify store. Your DNS settings appear to be correct but there is more to it than that. It would be a lot faster for us to help you if you contact our support.

To contact our support team, first head here and log into your store. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be prompted to ask about a topic:
