Why does my theme editing always result in a page load failure?

Whenever I try to edit any of my themes, I get this error message every time. I have searched for how to fix it, and I have not found my website either. I already contact support, but they generated only a ticket ID: b4d558df-710d-4bf9-a3bc-aa5eaea27f2b. Is any Shopify expert here to help me in fixing my issue Asap?

Yes, I have received that notification and already chatted with support, but they’re not resolving my issue, they only gave me that ticket ID: b4d558df-710d-4bf9-a3bc-aa5eaea27f2b. And said this issue is solved by higher team, but I don’t know how to contact with higher teams.

Did you get it fixed? I’m having the same problem!! I NEED HELP
