I’ve been trying to pick a plan for my store after the trial ended. When I entered my card, the whole store locked up siting some kind of technical issue. I opened a ticket and a couple days later the store was unlocked. I used a different credit card and it was locked again. Again, replied asking for another unlock. Another 3 day wait, different card used and locked yet again. I’m not getting any explanation from anyone on why this is happening. Just copy and pasted replies, and of course there is way for me to reach a real person on the phone.

No this doesn’t help at all. This option seems to not be available for inactive stores. As soon as I choose my store, this option goes away.

You could try to refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, “inactive store” and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.

Thanks for posting in the community! I can definitely understand why you are frustrated, I know I would be. It sounds as if there is an issue with your cards being flagged in our system. Unfortunately, we would not be able to provide the specific issue for the flag, however, our team can absolutely ensure this does not keep happening.
That being said, as I would not be able to authenticate you over the community forum, you will need to reach out to support one more time. What you can do to ensure you can access phone support, is create a new trial store. Do not add any payment details, or any information, just create the account so that you are able to login in and access our call back system. I appreciate this isn’t the simplest process, however it will allow you to speak to a live person over the phone.
Please visit our Help Center and log in to your new trial account to create a support request. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ Then select Callback.
