Why does my video upload keep failing on my Symmetry theme?

Hi,

I have a issue to upload my video. Every time I upload my video, it shows failed. I attached the image. I would like to get some help, my theme is symmetry. Thank you!

its maybe network issue or the file size issue. you try one more time.

Hi @Kathy518 ,

I had the same issue before when the video cannot be access from my desktop folder. Make sure you are able to open the video first. If so, try opening an incognito browser and upload again

Yes, I can open the video and also I used the incognito browser. but it still doesn’t work. How did you figured out this?

I figured out that my PC did not have access to the said file. I also make sure that the file does not exceed Shopify’s file limit, see here
