Hi,
For the last two days, when I go to customize my web store page, it is automatically reloading every two seconds - therefore I can’t make any changes on my webiste. Is it a shopify bug?

There is not perfect solid answer for this but I would suggest you please perform some of the basic troubleshooting steps -

Clear Cache and cookies. Try logging out and logging in back

Change the browser or try in a different device

Check your internet connection
