I payed for a theme online and it works fine until you add something to your cart and press checkout, all it comes up with is something went wrong. Can someone please respond if you might have an idea of how to sort it out

Checkouts are typically disabled if your store is on the Pause and Build plan, or if it is still listed as a development store (this may be the case if a Shopify Partner created your store). You can check whether this is the case for you by navigating to Settings > Plan. In order to enable the checkout, you will need to upgrade the plan to the “Basic” plan or higher.
If you’re on the Basic plan or higher and you’re still getting this error, then I recommend contacting us through the Help Center so we can look into this further. Simply log into your account, select a support topic, and then you’ll find the support options at the bottom of the page.
