Hi guys I have an issue on the website which I am a little confused about unsure if you can help? On desktop for some reason there is the scroll bar, you know for navigating left and right as well as up and down do you know what’s effecting this? See my screenshot below

I don’t see a link to your store to recreate this on my end, though I suspect it may be less to do with your site and more to do with the browser you are using. For some reason, your web browser could have determined that your site page is larger than fits on the current screen, therefore, the scroll option becomes available.
Have you tried using other browsers and other devices to re-create this experience? I’d be glad to dig further into this if you can also share the following details with me:
- your store URL
- your current browser
- current device and software information

Hi there it’s currently happening on my desktop, I’m using Chrome - https://directcomputers.co.uk/ I’ve tried on edge and it’s doing the same, it’s happening for most if not all pages for me!

I am not able to replicate this on my end, so I wonder if it could also be related to your device settings. Can you please tell me which type of computer and software version you are using as well?
