Why does my website keep reloading for some visitors?

Hi, I have met an issue for my website will keep reloading for some people when visiting. Some of the people/tablet would have issue however some not. Can I have someone advise/suggestion to check what’s the potential issue that caused this? We did not do any plugin or modification since website have been up for some times.

It is possible that the issue is caused by a script or an app. Also maybe try to switch to another theme temporarily and try it.

  • When did the issue start?
  • What device and browser are you using?
  • Are you able to replicate this issue on a different device?

I navigated to your shop on both an iOS 16 mobile device and a desktop device (Google Chrome and Safari browser) but was unable to replicate the reloading issue. I also tried in an incognito window and cleared my cache and cookies but the issue did not present itself.

It looks as though the video recording you’ve shared is on an iOS device using Safari browser. If you could share more context on the issue and how many customers are affected, I’ll be happy to troubleshoot further.

I would like to make one suggestion that can encourage customers to become more acquainted with your brand. Have you thought about also including Our Story in the main menu navigation?
