Whenever I’m customizing an option this like:

After I click a few options, the page will freeze, then load after a few seconds. I have cleared cookies/cache, and tried incognito with the same result.

I cannot reproduce your error, everything works fine when I try it. But what you can do is check the console output of your browser (Usually with right click > Inspect > Console). If there is an error it often gives you a clue what to search for.
