Why does my website say 'site can't be reached'?

Hi,

I’m currently having problems with my site, it comes up with “site can’t be reached” when both trying to log in and just normally searching the URL.

The website URL is https://zestylemons.co.uk/

I have tried both in an incognito window and on another browser but the same issue occurs. Is somebody able to advise on this issue please?

I want to confirm for you that I am able to access your storefront with no issues. Here is how it appears for me currently:

I winder if this may be a local issue relating to either your device or browser? These troubleshooting steps may help:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try on another web browser or an incognito window.
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Try another device or on the Shopify Mobile app.
  • Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
  • Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device
