Hello my website seems to be up and running on the desktop side, however on mobile it shows as opening soon. Any suggestions?

It’s possible that your website is fine on the desktop because you’re already logged in.
Could you go to your Online Store → Preferences? When you’re there, please scroll to the bottom to ensure that the website is not password protected. If it is, simply disable the password protection and refresh on mobile and it should work.
