If you transferred the domain recently to Shopify then it’ll take some time to fully propagate to Shopify DNS and then your domain will work.

sir 1 day ago website was opening but from yesterday showing this problem? how much time it will take? or is this problem occuring due to SSL pending status?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with your domain, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, this is a third-party domain that has been connected to your Shopify store, correct?
If so, I would begin by confirming the DNS Records are correctly pointing to Shopify. To do so, you can refer to our Connecting Third-Party Domains documentation for those details. The DNS Records include:
- Pointing the A record to the Shopify IP address
23.227.38.65. - If necessary, change the Host name to the
@symbol. - Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
- Point the CNAME record with the name www to
shops.myshopify.com.
After taking a closer look, it seems the domain currently has multiple A Records attached to it. Due to this, I recommend confirming the A Record is 23.227.38.65 moving forward and allowing 24 hours to propagate. If after 24 hours the domain is still showing this error, please feel free to Contact Support to allow for further investigation.
