When my customers go from cart page to checkout page, “your payment cannot be processed for technical reasons. Please try a different payment method.” text appears.

The main reason for this error is that there is some form of interruption with your account and the Payment gateway. In this case, you are using Kredi ve Banka Kartları, so my suggestion would be to reach out to them directly to ensure that you have set up your account correctly.
