It’s possible that there was an error during the import process that caused the availability of the products to be set to zero. It’s also possible that there was a formatting issue with the CSV file that caused the import to fail.
One thing you could try is to break up the import into smaller batches of products, to see if that resolves the issue. You could also try exporting the product page with 55 products as a CSV file, and then merging the two CSV files together using a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
