When I want to share a link of the preview theme page I get a 404 error. Also when this link is shared with me I will be directed to a 404 page while the person (on the other side of the world) who shares the link with me is redirected to the correct preview page. What could be the problem?

404 error can stem from many problems:
due to cache, maybe the url/domain error, or the product in the shopify store is faulty (maybe not active)

I know it can be so many problems. But it is remarkable that somebody on the other side of the world can view the link without problems while everybody in my country get the 404 page.
