Why would Shop Pay need 1-3 days to be reflected in my payouts screen? Why isn’t this automatically carried over in real time with the transaction having a status of pending (so that Affirm can process the payment) and the amount be reflected in my balance? This gap in data transfer leads to an inaccurate snapshot of revenue and payouts. To clarify I am NOT asking why I am not being paid. I am ask why can’t this order information and money amount be reflected in real time in the payouts section. So now when ever a customer uses this payment options I have to manually track and monitor to ensure in fact it was added to payouts?! Why can’t Shopify create the technical capacity for Shop Pay transactions to show up in payouts list with status pending? Why is there such lag time to even populate balance owed? Shop Pay technical behavior is ridiculous and Shopify can certainly do better.
