I can confirm that manual payment methods don’t incur transaction fees, but I don’t see how this is a solution. Effectively the customer does not do the payment right there and then and you have to email them a payment link or give them details on how to complete the payment in some other way after the order is placed. This will make the checkout process much more arduous and result in many abandoned orders.
