All right so, i started a shopify account about 1 and a half years ago. I did my three months ont 1,15$ per month and after that i decided to stop using shopify. After a year, shopify keeps billing me even tho my store is inactive, i don’t even have access to it because it’s closed and i says to me that i have to pay a shopify package for me to actually go in the store. (so clearly you see that i don’t have any subscription) ,but 58,64$ keeps getting pulled out of my bank account every month. Can a shopify person help me plz.

If you keep on getting payment or billing notifications from Shopify, there is a high possibility that your account was not properly deactivated and has unpaid balance. For this, you will need to reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further check your account and take necessary actions. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
