Seems that Shopify has an arbitrary limit of 100 items when importing an order.
Furthermore, after importing, the order is not editable.
So in order to fully create larger orders, I had to import, duplicate the order, add the remaining items to the duplicate order, then delete the original order.
Can we get this fixed?
