If you’ve exceeded these limits, you’ll need to wait for a specified period of time before attempting the payment again.
Otherwise, are you using a desktop or mobile device? If you can please try the below troubleshooting steps to rule out any other issues;

Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.

None of the above recommended steps worked. Is there a specified amount of time that is required to pass? Request was submitted to Shop support.
Glad to hear you reached out to Shop Support! Usually within a few hours you should be able to try again, otherwise I would also suggest reaching out to the store to see if this is an isolated incident or if others are facing the same issue.
Three hours over here and still not luck. Truly insane.

Unfortunately I can’t even remember what this was for and/or if I ever found a solution or workaround. I even looked in my old emails to try to job my memory. Dunno. Sorry.
