Why does Skrill payment redirect to 'BAD_REQUEST' error on checkout?

HI,

When I click the option to pay by Skrill on the checkout page it redirects me to a page saying {“code”: “BAD_REQUEST”, “message”: “invalid parameter”}. I’m lost and I do not know how to fix this. What is the solution, please?

Thank you for sharing your question with our network. I did some research for you, and I found that other merchants experiencing this error were able to resolve this by correcting their credentials for the gateway during set-up.

This is most certainly an integration issue with your account, which can be resolved by connecting with Skrill support directly.

I trust they will be able to resolve this with you, but if I can lend a hand from our end please let me know. In the meantime, make sure to set up an alternate payment gateway to ensure you can still accept payments on your site and process orders.
