Why does the ATC button sometimes redirect to the cart page?

Hi,

I am using a sticky cart slider app so that when a customer clicks on the ATC Button, it is going to automatically open the slider and add the product to the cart. I noticed that there were few instances that people are being taken to the cart page (YourShopName.com is for sale | HugeDomains) when clicking the button instead.

I would like to know the reason for this, and if there is a solution to prevent this from happening. Thanks!

There can be many reasons. The most common are browsers. Perhaps apps scripts are sometimes loaded later. That is, the user has time to click on the ATC button before loading all the necessary resources.

Can you send us the shop URL so that we can check and, if possible, find the reason?

I noticed that it commonly happens when a user clicked the ATC button quickly after the page is loaded. It might be caused by the script not loaded properly before the user clicks on the button. It would be nice if you can give it a closer look and advice on the best solution. Thanks!
