Customer called to advise the following problem. When checking out, the customer clicked on agree to terms and and conditions. The page refreshes but the customer is unable to continue through checkout and payment.
Is this agree to terms and conditions checkbox required?
Could this problem be related to a specific payment option? If so, how do I remove a payment option?
I received an order yesterday, and a flurry of orders about a week ago. I don’t know why this customer today had this problem, but I checked it out and found the same thing. I don’t know if this is sporadic, or what’s going on. Any ideas welcome
