The ella theme navigations changes very slowly when switching between the menu tabs on the top, can someone who has experience in this matter please help , thank you.

Please share your store URL, page URL and also password (if your store has one) so we can help you.
I checked on the demo site of Ella and it’s pretty fast, not ‘very slowly’ I think. Maybe you can find some configuration from Theme Settings, or just contact the theme provider.
