Why does the order note appear twice on my website's backend?

Hello there,

I have an issue related to my website, If someone adds the order note on the cart page then it appears twice on the order details page in the backend: https://prnt.sc/200y1ij

Can anyone please let me know where is the issue?

Its looks pretty critical problem that you can solve by making some changes in the codinghere if you know about it… Otherwise you can hire a coding developer to fix this duplicate product issue.
