Hi, I am having issues with a hero video on my pages. The video plays fine and well on desktop but does not play at all on mobile. Any reasons to why this may be; any fixes for it? I’ll link my shop so you can see for yourselves. Thanks!
@dazwayersin44 The feature is deliberately disabled in both iOS and Android for mobile devices. The reason this is done is to save mobile users money. Such devices (especially mobile phones) often use data connections that charge by bandwidth.
