Why doesn't my cart page display the added products?

When a product or products are added to the cart, will show hoe much products are added. When I click on the cart icon, it doesn’t show me the products in the cart page. Can someone guide the solution?

Some files are deleted or Some codes are messed up.
Try to use new debut theme.
